A. Anonymous the 28/01/2020 From receiving the vanity which was a great experience with the shipping company whom they contract with. Since we live up a steep hill we had to make arrangements with the shipping company for the driver to meet us at the local supermarket where they have delivery truck areas. The driver was incredibly happy and worked with us to unload from his truck to ours. He even took the pallet after we opened the box to check for any damages. The piece was packed professionally without any damages. Once we got it to our home we were able to look it over better. There were 2 extremely small (pinky fingernail size) on the balls of the vanity. Not only did the customer service rep call me before I even checked, she called again to follow up. I said it wasn't anything to complain about but she encouraged me to go ahead and order the touch up stain while it was still under the shipping warranty. Our bathroom is just in the beginning stages of demo so I will post with pictures when it is done. A. Anonymous the 11/05/2019 Beautiful piece.
